Terms of Service

Welcome to ShowTell by Amber. By downloading, installing, or using the application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ShowTell by Amber on compatible Apple iOS/iPadOS devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and Apple School Manager volume licensing terms.

2. User-Created Content & Ownership

You and your students retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all artwork, drawings, photos, voice narrations, and video recordings created inside ShowTell. Because ShowTell operates offline, your content remains entirely on your device and is never sent to us.

3. In-App Purchases & Refunds

ShowTell offers an optional one-time non-consumable in-app purchase ("ShowTell Pro Lifetime"). Payment is processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ShowTell by Amber is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
